It was overall a good experience at the dealership. They provided me with an option to do a test-ride. They explained to me various options available. I liked the overall options available in Taos. It is a great buy so far. I would also have preferred to have seat-positions for the driver's seat be saved so that two drivers in a home don't have to readjust the seat every time they drive.
Very nice, they were very precise and didn't try to over sell any service. Told exactly what was needed and information on future services were explained. Prices were fair and the service was fast and they went the extra mile and cleaned the car. I will be a Colonial customer going forward.

I’ve been shopping with Volkswagen, Colonial since 2017. I’ve purchased over five different vehicles there throughout the time a couple of the salesman that I’ve dealt with before aren’t there anymore sadly and I know a lot of the people that work in service which I always knew my car was being taken care of. Recently when my car was being serviced for an engine swap one of the immature salesman crashed another person’s vehicle into my vehicle and didn’t report it to anyone and thought that I wouldn’t notice that my car had a massive scratch from Rear passenger door to the front passenger door. So you can imagine upon picking up my car when I noticed this I was sick to my stomach. I knew there was no way I was going to pay a dime for what happened to my car. Luckily Jon Lacey who I personally think is the smartest, most respectful down to earth person in that whole building was able to get down to the bottom and handle everything for me. I personally think he deserves more than a raise. He’s on top of everything when it comes to his job, and I honestly could not thank him enough for what he’s done. The guy has gone out of his way for me multiple times Truly, he made a terrible experience into something a lot better. “Drops mic”
